- Our beloved Grrreta went to the Rainbow Bridge on March 2, 2013. Grrreta had a job as a shop cat at an auto repair business until the shop closed down. She needed a new home, so our mommy adopted her. Over the years feral kitties Teddi, Ambrose, Clarence, and others joined our family. They were afraid of everything at first, but have made amazing progress and are now friendly, well mannered, and very happy.

We are always interested to see two cats napping together, because all of us were adopted separately and we never sleep within a foot of each other. Your 2 tabbies look quite content, though. We like to know when cats are happy!

Many thanks for your comments re: my Annie on our Fuzzy Tales blog. I think the hardest part of the day was reading all the loving and wonderful words people wrote. They meant a lot to me, though. And of course it helps that so many people understand exactly what it's like.
