Mommy said that I have an "exceptional physique", so I wonder why she would want to buy some DIET kitty crunchies. Do any of you kitties have any suggestions for yummy tasting diet kitty crunchies? (I'm pretty sure they must be for Mommy to snack on, because I can't possibly maintain this exceptional physique by eating diet food.)

Bad Camera Angle Friday
Mommy said that I have an "exceptional physique", so I wonder why she would want to buy some DIET kitty crunchies. Do any of you kitties have any suggestions for yummy tasting diet kitty crunchies? (I'm pretty sure they must be for Mommy to snack on, because I can't possibly maintain this exceptional physique by eating diet food.)

We don't have any suggestions. But let us remind you that the camera adds at least 5 lbs! You still look great!
Ambrose, it is definitely the camera angle! And our Momma decided just to cut down our crunchies mainly because of Sam, because she read that they recommend too much. Our brother Sam is a big boy, broad of chest with a big head, and will always be, even with the reduced crunchies!

There are Lean Treats by Nutrisentials (my "fluffy" cat loves them). Theyr'e chewy, but they smell like something cats would go for all the time.
Also, Greenies are less than 2 calories each, and those are super crunchy and my cats LOVE them!

Sorry, Ambrose, but we Abys tend to be very "unexceptional" so we have never tried diet food. Plus, of course, there s the fact that we're both kittens....

I think you look just the right size! I think dry crunchies are more nutrient and calorie dense than stinky goodness, so maybe you could have more of the stinky and less of the crunchy?
We think you have an exceptional physique as well...we don't know why your mom bought diet kitty crunchies...they must be for some other kitty...

We think your photographer needs to study up on more flattering angles so you don't need the diet foods.

DIET? Oh my. It IS the fur. Tommy, my human, talk diet every time she takes ice cream from the freezer. I also agree, the camera ADDs weight. You are quite exceptional as you are!

Personally, I think your Mommy needs glasses and to learn the proper camera angles ;-)
But if your Mommy really wants to know, years ago we fed diet Science Diet dry because Sunny's big and everyone liked it fine. We haven't purchased it in years, and after the pet food scare I'm unaware of how it rates relating to safety of ingredients.
Sunny's on a diet currently. We're using portion control. Instead of filling 3 dishes generously, we put out a little bit throughout the day. Sunny will just keep eating if it's there.
